How to Track Your Package

• Log in to your account at Mooredao (if you created one)

2️⃣ Track Your Shipment

• For Standard Shipping:
  Visit carrier website and enter tracking number:
  • DHL Tracking
  • FedEx Tracking
  • Local postal service tracking

• For Express Shipping:
  You will receive real-time SMS/email updates

3️⃣ Delivery Status Guide

• Processing: 1-2 business days

• Shipped: Carrier has your package

• In Transit: On the way to you

• Delivered: Check your mailbox/porch
